Meet Jen Harding, Life Strategist and owner of Map to Succeed.
When Jen was 17, her dad brought home a personality assessment that she took along with her five siblings. The personality assessment results were startling and Jen was very intrigued! Jen worked at Lexis Nexis for 13 years where she helped customers increase productivity and improve decision making. Jen used personality assessments for her co-workers, direct reports and clients. This helped her team understand each other better and ultimately this information made for a more cohesive and successful team.
Jen stayed home for 15 years to raise her five children. Friends would send her their kids to Jen for personality assessments and guidance. Jen is a big proponent of do what you love and she loves helping others! During COVID Jen utilized a personality assessment for herself and decided to make her passion for helping others a more formal pursuit.Hence, Map to Succeed was born!
Map to Succeed will identify and maximize your skill set and unlock your inner talents. Some clients meet for three sessions, some meet for more depending on the client’s goals.
The process is:
1) Interview – you tell Jen all about you
2) Assessment – this is driven by what your goals are, will include a proprietary personality assessment
3) Analysis – getting ready to embark on your next step, uncover your passion
Jen’s clients typically fall into three categories:
· Kids transitioning to college/post high school
· Kids graduating from college
· Women going back to work
And she does take on other clients as well. In addition to working with individual clients she also works on life strategies with corporate clients.
